Nancy operates from Ontario and Quebec however currently she is not seeing clients in person.

All sessions are via Telehealth Video.

Most sessions are via a secure telehealth portal. At times she does see clients in person either at her Burlington Ontario location or her satellite office in Laval, Quebec.  By appointment only.

Once you are a client you will have your own login via our secure portal.

3 business days- by Monday 4pm for Thursday appointments.

Once you receive your client portal, your information and data will be encrypted both in transit (between the browser and PracticeBetter (PB) servers) and also at rest (when stored on PB servers).

  • PB uses AES-256 bit encryption while transferring your data to/from our servers.
  • PB encrypts and stores data on their servers using the AES 256-bit encryption.

AES-256 is the industry standard for storing and transferring sensitive data. All backups of your data are also encrypted using AES-256 bit encryption.

PB use TLS 1.2 to encrypt your data both between your browser and our servers and between our servers and other internal networks.

The Appointment

60 minutes

We will discuss your health concerns, medical, family and personal history, exercise and sleep habits, as well as any other information that will help me to understand the factors contributing to your health concerns. We may also review any previous lab testing or medical records.

This session is the pillar and foundation which we will build upon to help you reach and or help manage your health goals

Following your first session you will have access to Functional tools via your custom portal. Cross referencing of prescription drugs with herbs and supplements to check for safety. Includes custom written protocols. The fee includes 1 – 2 hours post work-up and 30 minutes to go over your custom assessment.

After you second consultation, it can be anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes.

Follow up appointments are booked every 3 – 6 weeks as needed.

Nancy’s goal is to work side by side in finding the right plan for you. Her own health journey led her to look at food & plants as medicine. You deserve to feel good in your own body and get your health back on track.

She can use all systems of complementary medicine to help you with your health goals.

No Nancy can not write blood test requisitions, it is out of her scope of practice. However, she has access to functional tests which may help complement conventional testing.
