“From helping individuals to land safe to helping them get their health back..” NM
When it all began:
- Nancy began her personal health, wellness, and mindfulness journey after a life-changing skiing accident in 2008. At the time, she was a busy executive in the world of corporate aerospace, constantly on her feet traveling and attending corporate events. The accident caused a spiral fracture on her right tibia and fibula. She underwent 3 surgeries in 3 months and had to learn how to walk again each time. During this traumatic period, Nancy began to learn more about nutrition and the role it can play as preventative & complementary medicine. Determined to get back on her feet as quickly as possible, she put together a custom health and wellness program for herself and followed it strictly. Her surgeon originally said it would take at least 12 months before she could get back to her normal activity levels but Nancy made a full recovery in less than 6 months.
- Later on in 2013, while studying nutrition as a hobby, she was diagnosed from benign to low grade local dysplasia. She was ready to put her studies & research into practice and was able to reverse the condition by supporting her immune system with functional nutrition including orthomolecular medicine and phytotherapy. She credits her strategic naturopathy plan with eliminating the lesions in her body before they could develop into tumors.
- Nancy’s services can also be offered in French.

Nancy is an advocate of nutritional, physical, emotional and spiritual health and of biodiverse agricultural practices. She believes that everything we do not only affects our being, but also the world around us because we are all connected. As toxicity levels in our air, our food, our waters and in our bodies continue to rise, preventative medicine is no longer a luxury, but a necessity.
